We have 68 permanent staff, out of which there are 46 technicians with over 3 years experience, and 5 Service managers with over 10 years of experience. 3 managers in the technical team have achieved ITIL certification. Our technical staffs are certified in various fields like ITIL, Microsoft, Apple, Linux, Symantec, Nortel, Unix, and CISCO, just but to name a few. As a result we are Authorised Service Providers for international brands such as Microsoft, Apple, Symantec, 3COM, Nortel, Lexmark and Gestetner among many others.
